SOOOOOO many things!

I made a fritatta this morning with asparagus shallots and parrana cheese and then topped it with the morels I sauteed with a little salt pepper thyme and heavy cream. Sprinkle of paprika roun the plate for flavor an garnish.

Then my son ate all of it

My hubby works nights, so he sleeps most of the days even on his days off. So my days are not too complicated. I play with my 'kids' (my are all feathered or furry),

(which I will use any excuse that I can find to NOT do) So as you can see, my only true work during the day, is my 'babies'. And they don't care when I play, just that I do, so I don't have any problems sneaking off a bit.

I will have had the little guy for sometime and he will have already blended in with the 'family'. Jim not being involved does tend to make it a whole lot easier for me!!

Sounds so like me! I don't have any plans to go back to Portland anytime soon so do you want to meet halfway? What would that be, Woodburn or a little north of there? One day next week is good. My son's birthday is Friday so I will be cleaning the house most of the week but I could take a morning off and meet you. Let me know what day works best! I'd like to get him to you as soon as possible so you can bond with him
