Oregon Fall Poultry Swap - October 22 - Corvallis @ the Fairgrounds!!!

I want to donate something to the raffle....but I'm not sure what it should be.... Is it important that it be chicken related? I've been pondering this for a few days and still not sure what I could give.
hu.gif
Are we allowed to donate roosters?
gig.gif
Lord knows I have a few of those I could stand to part with.
roll.png
But, seriously, anyone have any idea what sort of item(s) I should be thinking of?

On another note, the marans and orpington eggs I got from Piperomar went into lockdown today!
fl.gif
A lot of them made it to lockdown, so maybe there will be extras to bring to the swap!

DANG IT JIM !!!! They was suppoda keep a seecret and not let ya see. But since ya did will that work? The arrow and thebacking on the sign are SS so they will out last any of us. Hope the arrow is ok. If not speak up soon so I can make something else before Stevenson.

And BTW Packy is for sale!

Is Packy still available? If so, how much? I just love it! It would look terrific in my garden. Do you think it would hold up to the rain well?

Quote:
Yes I still have him (so far). I am asking $150 but don't be afraid to throw out a reasonable offer. Yes it is made to be outside and is all sturdy steel construction. Also there is a drain in the bottom so it won't fill with water. I am doing a couple good shows before Stevenson so he could sell. But IF I still have him I plan to bring to Stevenson.

And to ANY of you if ya see me at Stevenson PLEASE feel free to stop by and chat a minute. If I am busy feel free to take a seat in any empty chairs that may be in my space.

Quote:
No, it doesn't have to be chicken related at all! Mine isn't
smile.png
At this point, it's more important that we get a list of the items started.

Update coming later this morning guys so if you have anything to add, now is the time. Since we are just 6 weeks away
ep.gif
I will be updating on a more regular basis - this includes the website too. Please PM Cloverleaf directly with your donation items. I would like to be able to put a list (whatever we have at the time) on the website by the first of October since I plan to start advertising hot and heavy then.

I would love some Spider plant starts! They are the one plant I can't seem to kill
big_smile.png
and my daughter needs some plants for her new house.

Would four starts be good?

4 would be great, thank you!!!!

Update time! 6 weeks till the swap! Can you believe it???!!
ya.gif
I will be updating on a weekly basis
fl.gif
from here on out, always putting the last update page on the very first post for those who do not follow the thread everyday. I've decided not to include what everyone is bringing for others unless you put it in your update list. I can barely keep up with my own list
lol.png
Please make sure that you PM Cloverleaf (do not post it in the thread as I am not keeping track of them) very soon with your donated item information so we can get it posted on the website. Once I make the final payment to the fairgrounds I will have more information on set up times, etc for everyone so please keep checking back. Don't forget there is a campgrounds right at the fairground, right straight across from Guerber Hall.
