Out of 7 eggs (4BR, 2NH, 1BO) that went through the power outage on Sunday, I currently have 3BR that have hatched and 1NH that has zipped most of the way but has been sitting for a few hours...woohoo!
 
Whew! Ok, here we go...


Oh and I will have more updated photos of the younger babies tomorrow. I couldn't get them all taken today.

Boy Hubby is now getting interested in the chicken swap. Kind of scared to bring him. He is better at math than me and does not believe in chicken math. But since we gave our rooster away it might be easier to get more past him.. Looking forward to my first swap. Have 6 chickens on reserve at this time. Granddaughter is looking forward to coming. Fellow workers at work are giving me a bad time regarding my chickens and how I spoil them but they enjoy the eggs. Looking forward to meeting everyone.
 
Looking forward to seeing you again Zoomummzy. The chicks we got from you are doing great. Roxy went broody on us and we let her sit on 3 big girl eggs. 2 hatched. 1 died 2 weeks after hatching. 1 did not hatch and Mutt is doing great. Dont know yet if it is a hen or rooster. Waiting of egg or crow. But Mutt is cute even if bigger that Mom. still runs to Roxy for protection. Hope Mutt is a girl but who knows.

4 runner ducklings from daze333, Beatrice, and Corrine from ZooMummzy, Canis from Illia, hopefully two muscovy ducklings from tlb796.

I think thats it? Can't wait for the swap!!
 
If anyone is interested I have four 4-month old EE cockerals: two BR and two NHR. I wasn't planning on bringing them, but if someone wants one I will. Otherwise to freezer camp they go!

I also have four cockerals hatched on NYD that are Marans/Rock crosses....same as above...
