Don't worry Seabreeze! I don't charge an arm and a leg like the markets. The amount I forage will depend on what I charge but even then it's still not crazy. The oil is fab for all sorts of things! Simple drizzle over pasta with chopped chives, fresh tomatoes and shaved parmesan touch of salt and pepper! Instead of butter, put some of that with your eggs, fried or scrambled. Use it to flavor a simple salad dressing. I make a mushroom pate with it that's perfect on toasted baguette. Maybe I'll make some as part of the pot luck for the swap. I could go on for ages!
