Wow guys sounds like it's going to be a fun event, not sure yet if I'm going to be making it though. If not I hope you all have an eggcellent time.
 
I'm late to the party, but how about Grange Affiliates? Here we have all kinds of benefits for being members of the grange. Insurance is covered by a blanket policy and we have a lot of leeway for events. We also have feed and supply coops through the Grange so we get group rates.

Maybe that can be helpful in the future?

Dominique cockerels for butcher birds - great heritage meat birds! Try them out, perfect for pastured poultry production! Market as heritage/heirloom!

Purebred Dominique hatching eggs, purebred Americauna hatching eggs, purebred Orpington hatching eggs, Marans and MaransX (Australorp hens, Marans roo) hatching eggs
All of these eggs are from our breeder pens, and all pens are still considered project birds. We are getting some really nice chicks out of these pens and these are the best birds of each breed.
