Can you make a sugar free cheesecake? Honey, agave nectar, sucanat and evaporated cane juice are all ok. I am drooling over all these, but don't eat processed sugar!

The honey should work just fine, just reduce your oven temp by 25 deg. as things with honey burn more quickly. I use honey in everything

Why don't you have bees? Mine are on their way, and you know how that goes... you better check CL for bee boxes, hehehe
