Are we going to have a fund-raising raffle again? Or is that just for Corvallis where the hall must be paid for?

The swap in Idaho sells tickets on-line for their big items. In case anyone wants to get involved in collecting funds and shipping prizes.

Nope, no raffle at this one. The use of the park is free, so no need to raise funds. Diana usually does something with BYC merchandise for the vendors, but that's just through her...

So What time do I need to be there to get a big enough space and HOPEFULLY close enough that I don't have to pack stuff far?? Maybe somebody that lives close could help me secure a space ! !

LOL Since you have so far to go, I will section off a space for you when I get there. I will be there by about 8:30. What I've been telling those that ask is that the earlier they get there to set up, the more likely their chances of having some say in where they will get to set up. Those that arrive after about 9:30-10 are just going to have to be happy with where they are told to set up.

ALSO, I will say that if anyone gets there before me and sets up, be aware that you will likely be moved. We have a very specific idea in mind on how we are setting up this time to make things work better for everyone.

There were a few people that set up around trailers in the parking area which is very close to where the tables will be, and you are more than welcome to do that if you want, BUT if you do that, you need to get there early to get a spot and I can't section that off to save it for you...

Sounds like I'll be staying overnight in Corvallis and leaving from there the day if the swap to get there extra early.

So, how much space are we going to be allowed at this swap? Is it just the space for our tables or are we aloud to expand a bit and use some of the grass as well?

Just wondering since I have a couple of metal dog fences and such that I would like to set up if I'm able to. And also the Chicken Bingo may take up some extra space.
