So I was wondering what some good treats are for month old chicks read a lot of diff stuff and wanna make sure I give them something that won't hurt them

Pretty much anything green, clover, kale, etc. These need to be in small pieces for them. also scrambled eggs in moderation.

Oatmeal, maltomeal, gerber rice cereal, etc. are all good when they are cooked and served warm, like human baby warm.

In a natural setting, like when raised by a broody that is running round outside, chicks pick up and eat lots of things and don't get sick. Same is true in the brooder. Just feed them mild things and they will be fine.

We're leaning towards Black Australorps, Buff Orpingtons, Easter Eggers, Barred Rocks, and my daughter has her heart set on a Rhode Island Red. We're only getting 4, though. :)
