Hello and Welcome....Are you just getting started on chicken raising or do you have a flock?...I'm new, even tho I was given a rooster last year... I have 11 chicks now and 2 ducks.....

I am brand new to this adventure. We can only have 3 chickens in my town and no free range, They have to be enclosed. Now trying to figure out a coop and run and where to put it. I am surprised at how fast these little girls are growing. We have to keep a fence over top of their container because they can fly out and our dogs think they might be dinner.

Awww! Nooo! If you don't want to kill him then why would you? There isn't a need to kill such a perfect, living creature just like a human.
I'll ask if I can adopt him.
