Oregon

Is anyone interested in splitting an order from Porter's Turkeys? They are on sale right now.

All I want is 2 slate hens, but the minimum order is 15 and I am only allowed to order 8 slates. So there is plenty of room in an order for someone else to get a few birds.

I am in CRR, Central Oregon.

Okay, got the move over with! All went well and my new coop looks great!

I'll be making a trip up to Washington to Judge the Pacific County Fair!!!! That's right, I'm the Poultry Judge!!!! Both 4-H and Open!!!!

I'll be showing at the Oregon State Fair from Thursday onward! Probably just Percilla and Charles and Jeffery, my Seramas. Jeffrey is for sale, too!

The Dominiques are molting, so I won't be bringing the roo. Possibly one of my hens, though.

Hey, it looks like LOTS of people from Oregon. Cool! Howdy Neighbors!

awesome there are a lot more people from oregon than i thougth anyone from sherwood newberg willsonville or tigard

Breeder stock is more likely to go broody. ;) The hatcheries tend to breed the broodiness out of their lines, they CAN go broody, but won't as often or as reliably as breeder stock.
