So when do y'all suggest I put the chicks in there run when there fully feathered or a certain age how do y'all know it's time to kick them out the brooder

At least fully feathered. The older the better though, and keep them on medicated feed for as long as possible. We have lots of cocci in our soil because it's so wet here...when you do put them out, watch them for being sluggish / fluffed up, and if they get that way, treat them with Corrid ASAP.
