I found Rhonda's recipe at

I really like recipe #3, since I am trying to avoid both soy and fishmeal. Has anyone used this recipe or something similar? Better yet, are there any organic formulas on the market without soy and fishmeal? I have searched online quite a bit, and haven't found anyone yet that does.

I use countryside Organic feed also I think it's is a good one. I would love to make my own
