Organic Chicken Feed.com

Has anyone ordered feed from them before, if so how is it? We will be out of the Purina medicated feed soon and our chicks are 9 weeks old. I wanted to put them on an organic feed. Do they still need medicated feed at this age? Also if anyone would recommend other great organic, soy-free feeds that would be great. At what age should I start putting chicken grit out and scratch out?
