Organic feed?

I do! I actually use Bar Ale's certified non-GMO line, which is made with organic ingredients, just not certified organic - something that helps drop the price a lot! It's a very high quality feed, and if you're located anywhere in California or the surrounding states, I highly recommend it. Many of their feeds include an Omega-3 boost supplement too. Awesome stuff.

One of the things I like about organic feed is a lot of times the companies that make organic feed are local. And while I do care about feed being all-natural, it's not completely necessary to me - even I don't eat all organic food all the time. But what really is important is feed being locally sourced and locally made - I want to know where the ingredients come from, and where and when they are milled. This is even more important to me than feed being organic, but luckily, the two things often come hand in hand.
