Looks as though i have found the answer to my own question. So if anyone is in the Charlotte area, here is a great farming co-op group you can order and pickup organic soy-free layer feed from a few different places in Charlotte.

I've been buying pallets of Organic/Soy Free Layer Feed, and sharing the rest for $30 for a 50 pound bag. I also have 50 pound bags of scratch.
