Ornamental Eggs

Hello! I’m visiting from the Duck forum, I have a Blue Swedish and Black Swedish. I’m interested in getting more fowl and was intrigued by exotic or ornamental ones.

So, a few questions:

What breeds would you recommend for egg production? (For eating)

Should I be concerned about breeding with my current ducks? (Production of viable offspring, mules, mixes, etc.)

I have two females but my Cayuga does mount my Blue- would this be a problem for certain breeds? (I.e. small breeds that could be injured)

Will geese/swan integrate into a duck flock?

Would you recommend hatching, ordering babies, or adolescents?

Any other tips would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Khaki Campbells I hear are great egg layers, I don't know anything about ducks so I cannot really help you here!
