Still think my goldens are crossed with amhearst?

they appear to be more on the side of a dark throat golden than a red

time will tell if they are crossed once they color up.
100% sure they arent red goldens though.
leg color is what keeps throwing me, should be yellow for all golden colors
blue for amherts, yours look green... could just be the young age though. repost some next spring when they color out and I will be able to tell for sure what they ended up being

agree with boggy , i would never ever dream of taking a trag or imp to show even to county shows, i had a friend last yr drive 2 two and half hrs to my house for a tem pair that i raised paid 250 for the pair , and both were in great shape good healthy birds but when hegotthem home both had done had a heartattack. i tell that story to show it dont take much to stress these birds out, simplely catching these birds may well kill them, and if that dont for certain created and all the comotion of a show will do them in
i know it is your decision and you can do what you want but i strongly advise not taking them to shows even county shows as it is highly likely they wont make it possably not makeing it to the show alive
