This is my black Orp/EE? mix Drogon at six weeks old. When I posted pictures of Drogon a few weeks ago most people believed he/she was a cockerel. I wanted to post some update pics to see if that is still the consensus.

I’m leaning towards Pullet.

I agree, and I was one of the ones who was thinking she was a cockerel before because of her comb development and general attitude. But if she was a cockerel I would expect her comb to have gotten bigger by this age, whereas it's not that much bigger than it was a week ago. And there is no pink or red in it at all that I can see.

Hi!
I’m kind of leaning towards pullet as the comb is not that big for her age. While I know that this is a different breed, here is a picture of my friend’s 6 week old Millie Fluer D’uccle cockerel. As you can see, his comb is very big and red.

As of now, I would say pullet. Drogon is a cute name! (She/He?) is so pretty! Love the pure black!
Beautiful!
Getting some close-ups of the comb and waddles would really help!
Hope this helps! :D:jumpy
