Orphan Chick

While visiting their grandparents my children found a baby chick in the middle of the street being attacked by a cat so they saved it. I’ve been watering and feeding the chick but it is definitely in rough shape since I’m not sure how long it has been on its own or how long it was in the battle with that cat. It eats, drinks, chirps and will move around but we noticed that after it drinks it will throw up the water but we also noticed that it will fall over/act kind of weak when we bring it out into the sunlight…. Any advice would be appreciated

Any idea as to the age (or photos if you're unsure)? Are you providing it with a heat source? What are you feeding it? Are you providing anything to help with stress in the water, i.e. electrolytes, Poutry Nutri Drench, etc.?

As sight unseen basis, I'd recommend offering scrambled eggs. Good nutritionally and this one needs it.
