Orphans

They were born Friday night/Sat morning, and they were with mom , who was feeding them fine up until Monday night. SO they had almost 3 full days with her (yay for colostrum!) I have actually been feeding them about every 1 1/2 hours because the first few times they didn't get too much. Now the last feeding I gave them they each scarfed down about 3 ounces each, so I expect it will be 3-4 hours before they are asking for more.

I wonder, is she guarding her new buddies, or her lunch? I will be very careful until I know which!
