Orphingtons? Cockeral or Pullet?

They are jubilee Orpingtons, one pullet, once cockerel.

They are too fluffy and the pullet has too light of a background color to be Speckled Sussex.

I'm posting a young Jubilee Orp picture from the internet-- to me it looks almost exactly the same as the pullet in question here, only slightly darker in color

Ha yeah, I have a French Black Copper Maran also lol!
