Is this cause for concern?

We have had a run of fowl pox in our little flock, but Orpie has started looking more bumpy than poxy. One hen had just come off the nest and was run down, so the flock got a 3-day round of chlortetracycline as preventative against any bacterial invaders that might try to take hold while she and the others fought the virus.

Is Orpie's bumpy face cause for concern? She's otherwise acting ok.

Does she have lice or mites?

Her eye is a bit sunken which may indicate some infection or conjunctivitis in the eye.
The facial swelling, it's hard to tell if it's from picking/scabbing, bugs or respiratory illness.

Clean/flush the eyes with saline, then put an ointment like Terramycin eye ointment in the eyes a couple of times a day.

Check inside her beak for any lesions, mucous or canker.

Check for lice/mites, if you find any, use a Permethrin poultry dust to dust her and the flock really well, making sure to get around the vent, under the wings, the head, etc. Work the dust all the way through the feathers to the skin. Repeat in 7 day intervals.

Spray your coop/housing with a Permethrin based poultry spray making sure to get into nooks/crannies, nesting boxes and roosting bars to help eliminate any lice/mites. Repeat in 7days intervals.

I don't think her eye is sunken so much as she has bumps around her eyes as well as her ears and on her comb. No parasites or cankers on any of the chickens, but we have had a horrible time with mosquitoes this year, hence the fowl pox. Could these be mosquito bites? Seems a little unlikely as the bumps came about a week after the pox. She's not the only hen with this issue.

The coop is cleaned monthly and dusted each time to keep little beetles and ants under control.
