My roo is 20 weeks old and has started biting me about a week ago, will he settle down when his hormones mellow out or do I need to do something with him?

He will likely calm down a bit, but he should not be pecking you.
I have had success carrying my boys around. Try making a separate thread and seeing if you can get any ideas. Just be warned you will probably get a few people telling you to take him to dinner.

The classic, eat him for dinner, there are better solutions you know, wait for someone who has actually solved the problem with patience lol, it is easier to eat them, yes, but there are better ways, I won't be killing my jerk. I've learned not to let him move you around, if he comes at you, walk at him, not briskly and quick, slow big steps, if he doesn't move spread your arms, kick him(not hard of course, he is still a bird) if he comes after you though, and take a stick, and tap him, he will learn not to mess with a stick, I will put this on the other thread now.
