orpington & austalorp

today i got 2 chicks, an orpington and an australorp. i’ve only ever had ducks & guineas.... does anyone have any general advice? anything at all helps! thank you!

I’d recommend reading a few articles on BYC for as much information as possible. Chicken keeping requires the same patience and care as duck keeping and guinea keeping. Good luck!

also i forgot to mention we got 2 pekin ducklings too but i’ve had them before so i’m good with them i’m just more worried about the chicks because i’ve never had them.
