Oh, that is a dream page! But tell me, a non-breeder new chicken owner, why aren't these birds available here? Their genetics seem to go back over 100 years for most - no one has ever been able to bring any of these breeds over here? I really don't know and it's puzzling to me. I absolutely have to have Jubilee Orpingtons someday!

That is great info. I was unaware until this year that there were diffrent colors in orpingtons beside Buff. I saw a pair of blacks and a pair of blues. But after the info I just read I want some cuckoo's too.

i am amazed at the black-gold laced. How beautiful! Wow. Need I say more? I knew there were a lot of colors, but boy, these are some exceptional birds. Thanks so much for sharing!

Those ORPS are GORGEOUS!!! I really wish I could somehow get my hands on some. Not only are the colors beautiful, but the amount of fluff is outstanding.

I imagine the closest outcross would be mottled cochin.​
