orpingtons and australorps

I am wanting to maybe try to start a color. Just a project as it would be my fist project. I want to try and breed a orpington that looks like the caranation sussex. does anyone have any ideas how I should start it?

Also I would maybe wanna do the delaware the same way.

I wanna work on making some new colors in the australorp as well.
