Orpingtons face is swollen (pics)

so my friend and i went out to my chickens and we grabbed one of my orpingtons and her face was swollen! non of my other chickens have it and its pretty severe looking can you help me? this is what she looks like rite now!

she might be coming down with infectious coryza. Separate her from the other chickens. Do a search on coryza and see if that sounds right. Is there a smell?

There are many diseases that chickens can get. CRD is another one to look up on here. Make sure you separate your hen from the others so that it doesn't spread. You may need antibiotics such as Duramycin. Does your chicken have runny or bubbly eyes? Nasal discharge? Hope you figure out what is wrong.

It looks like Fowl Pox on her comb. I believe one form of Fowl Pox is respiratory so that would explain her symptoms also.
