Orpingtons not laying

My lovely Buff Orpingtons have stopped laying. They are about a year and a half old. They molted heavily, and look a bit "skinnier" now. They have not laid an egg in over 6 weeks. They appeared to stop molting at least 2 1/2 weeks ago. So what's up with these girls??
I had to buy eggs at the store...Yikes!
