Hi Yall! I was hoping someone on here might be able to tell what gender my chicks are? I have 5 black orpingtons and one lavender...for now...XD

I'd say they all look like pullets.

That's what im kinda hoping for! They were born late March of this year and I wasn't sure how soon you could tell or if I needed to wait longer.

Orpingtons are very hard to sex. Could you post some clear pics of their rump feathers? Pointy ones mean males and round mean females

Could you post individual photos of each bird? It looks to me like one or two of them could be cockerels, but I need better photos to be sure.

I would say you've got at least one boy but you do have at least one pullet
