So many people forget the Awesomeness that is the ORP! Buff, Lavender, and English, I love'em all! Orps have been under Cochin oppression too long! Let the Orp uprising commence!

I wanted orps badly, but I compromised with my husband and got the barred rocks instead. And we love them, along with our astralorps. Thurs morning my 2 orps chicks are arriving! I am excited. What is the problem here???

There's Cochin in the Orpington genetics, so I don't know why this is such a big deal.

I love Cochins AND Orpingtons.
AND Brahma, Bresse, Rocks, wyandottes, etc
Chickens are chickens. There is a chicken for every person desiring one.
There are big ones, tiny ones, nekkid ones, fluffy ones, you name it they are out there. CHICKENS.
