Ostrich egg late, not hatching

I had 2 ostrich eggs in a incubator and one of the them pipped on Friday the 19th of July and hatched on the 20th of July which was day 41 of incubation and its now July 23rd and the other one still hasn't pipped but it's shaking and still alive should I be concerned? Or do I just leave it do its thing

Welcome to BYC.
I would give it another day or two before touching it. Sometimes cool spots in the incubator can cause them to develop slower.
I'm basing this on knowledge of chicken hatching, I have no knowledge of ostriches at all.
