Ostrich Filet

How do you guys cook Ostrich filets, We seen some at the grocery store and figured we would try it, do you just cook it like beef or chicken , any tricks , or is it gamey? any tricks or tips to get it right the first time

Anything cooked with bacon is good. IMHO

Way out of the zone of my cooking experience.

What I would do would be to Google to see if there is some sort of National Ostrich Breeder's Club. Often a website like that will have cooking instructions.
