Otc equivalent to Meloxicam?

My hen had crop surgery and was doing well until she ran out of Meloxicam. Have been desperately trying to get the vet to fill it all day today but they won't send it for a few days, which makes it pretty pointless. She stopped eating once the meds ran out so she's gone about 30 hours without food.
Is there an over the counter equivalent to Meloxicam? Please help as I hate seeing her go completely backward here now due to not getting a refill.

*****Just found a box of opened liquid Meloxicam 1.5 mg/ml. It was opens on 617/2025. Would it still be good/safe? Also, can someone tell me the dosage for a 4.5 lb hen?

Do you have the empty Meloxicam bottle? Can you post a picture of it so I can calculate the dose?
