Other baby chicks pecking at one making it bleed.

I just hatched 14 baby chicks. All of them were picking on one of them. It looks like the yolk was not fully absorbed and they were pecking at it making it bleed. There is something hanging off the spot where they were pecking. Is there anything that I can do to help it. I did move it out and into a box by itself. Will it survive? since I have moved it into a box by itself. It has stopped bleeding but there is a greenish yellow liquid all over the newspaper. PLEASE help if you know of anything that I can do to help the baby!

i dont know how to get it to stop bleeding but most people use a red light to help them not peck each other a lot
