I hope this makes sense.

I have a broody hen that has been sitting on eggs for a week now night and day. This morning when she got up to eat another hen went into the nest box and now won't come off. She bites me if I come close as I want to move her off.

What do I do?

Ps I'm going to build a partition today to put up to separate the original broody hen.

So what should I do?
It seems like a game now to the other hens - they climb right on top of her and push her out then won't let her back in unless I move them.

Also if I take the risk and move her completely to a different coop - how do I reintroduce her back in?

The reintroduction usually isn't that difficult.
If another hen is sitting on the eggs while the broody is off, they're still getting incubated.
I find that it is a bit better putting the setter in her own quarters both during incubation and after the chicks hatch.
