I don't know the details because I'm at home right now but when my mom went to go check our chickens she said one of the eggs hatched and the chick was bleeding from its anus. She did isolate the chick in the car where it's warmer. I was thinking that it didn't suck everything in yet but what could the other possible things be? What can we do to help it?

The car, you say? After hatching all the chicks need to have access to a heat lamp. This little one could be temporarily separated out by putting it in a smaller box within the chick brooder with a heat lamp. Some times there can be some yolk sack left on a chick that needs to be reabsorbed. The blood can be dabbed up with a paper towel, and then you can check the chick's vent (the word used for anus in birds) and hopefully the bleeding will stop.
