If you don't put a floor rodents will scurry up inside the walls. I would recommend putting a concrete or plywood floor down...or something to keep the rodents from going into the walls from underneath.SO a quick question. What did you doo for the floor. I am trying to tell from the pics looks like no floor that i see linolium. My ground is so unlevel wher i want to do this I may need to put posts under one end to level. UGGGhh
I have shed coops and we put concrete blocks under to keep it off the ground. Then plywood down - thick stuff. It was expensive but will also keep digging predators out. You want concrete blocks along the middle too- to hold up the floor in the middle.
So you can use concrete blocks to get it level. That is what we did. Only you don't want the chickens going underneath and laying eggs there so put a little hardware cloth (just a strip) along the bottom when you are done to keep the chicks out.
