Is early molts possible? She is still laying eggs and she isn't even a year old. 7 months

It's possible. I had 2 of my Easter egger molt around 8 months. But that may also be plucking. Just keep an eye out.

Looks like sour or an impaction of the crop of the chicken in the first video. As for the second video, it looks like she got some food stuck within her throat and is trying to dislodge it.

I'm not an expert. Which is why I linked the articles on how to treat sour crop and impacted crop. Based on your description I am giving my best GUESS. With no other symptoms present I can't think of anything else it would be. But like I said before, even though it's not the worst case scenario, it needs to be take care of or it can in fact kill the sick birds.
