Update…. Rats. The avian netting is not resistant to rats.


Repaired this spring… by using scraps of the hardware cloth.




Temp “testing fix…” since ~August


More that now needs repaired…

Update …. in testing a way to limit the wind blown precipitation… as well as wind chill too. I had some scraps of lexon.

It’s all going to be from ground up to the 24” beam.

Just an update on how the inside of the run has been reorganized:

The playground steps are now a significant wind break for the chicken door.


Had to seriously rethink the sand bath tub as rats were a big issue this spring/summer…

The mini-coop & run is now the bachelor pad for the silkie roo’s.
