our day late christmas lamb leg dinner :D

So my wife had to work on christmas night, yea i know food and beverage, gotta hate it sometimes...

anyway, we did dinner last night. Thought i should show ya'll what we had so you can start drooling.

Roasted Lamb Leg with ginger, lemongrass, garlic & onion, served with cous cous & fried parsnips & sweet potatoe

choice of wine is a 2003 Chateau Cambon La Pelouse Haut-Medoc(if anyone knows what that is

)

For real. Leg of lamb is one of my favorite meals. The Princess and our children dislike it so it is a very infrequent treat. I envy you - enjoy your meal.

The only thing better than leg o' lamb is serving it with parsnips. My parsnip crop failed this year. Okay I'm officially drooling.
