Our pekin noot noot is currently recovering from bumblefoot and she does have a hard time getting around and such. But after we gave her a epsom salt bath and covered the bumble foot and placed her back with her partner quakity ( our drake ) he was protecting her at first keeping watch of her and all of that. but this morning I find him pecking her to the ground and plucking out her feathers on her head and wings. I separated them and noot boot's beak is bloody and missing a bit towards where her nostrils are and some head feathers plucked out showing skin.

Currently her left eye is smaller and foaming up constantly and she is alot lighter and weaker than she was the day before. I cleaned out the foam with luke warm water but I dont know what else to do about it.

Anyone know what's wrong with her eye and how to keep it from foaming up?

I'd get some eye ointment and see if it helps. I would not put her back with the drake.
Yea I'm planning on keeping her inside with me till atleast her eye heals. We put our drake in a smaller coop so when we do eventually put her back out there he cant get to her. Any specific eye ointment you recommend? Because I do have some eye drops that I have used in past to help with blurry eyes/ moisturizing my eye when it was super dry.

Terramycin ointment from the feed store works, but plain Neosporin triple antibiotic works in a pinch. Rinse the eye with saline or eye wash twice a day before applying a small amount of ointment into the eye.
Okay thank you so much! I have some neosporin antibiotic/ pain relief would that work aswell? Or specifically the triple antibiotic?

Do you have other female ducks? Most Drakes should have more hens as they mate quite often, and they can be hard on the hens.

We do have another female but she is still not old enough to do anything. He was very aggressive with her when we first introduced her and her friend to our flock and had to soon separate her from him.

By your description of his behaviour towards all the other females I would consider getting rid of him.
I know that drakes are rather rough but constant abuser mode would not be tolerated by me.

Yea I'm trying to think of what to do but He is my sisters duck so in the end it's up to her what we do with him. I mean he can be nice and calm but when I'm not around he gets aggressive at some point and keeps it up. I'm more surprised he got this aggressive with our pekin since they grew up together and he was always really nice to her till now.

The goal ratio for a drake is 1 drake for every 4-6 ducks. He will continue to do this unless and worse the only solutions are to get more adult females or put him on his own. Do not put ducks and drakes together unless it is done correctly and safely.
