Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.

Our first egg from our EE....
now we have 4 out of 9 laying. It took her over 2 hours to lay this tiny egg and then she wanted to sit on it and got mad at me for taking it 
she cursed at me for 5 mins. I hope she doesn't always do this. She is my favorite. She is so loving and comes right to me to pick her up.
