Our electricity went out!!! Are the eggs lost?

My eggs are on day 9 or 10 today - 13 in a still air incubator. Last night our electricity went out about 7pm. It came back on for about 2 hours around 3:30am, then back off again until 9:30am.

That makes 14.5 hours without electricity (minus the 2 hour window in the middle). The incubator temp dropped to 80*.

Are the eggs lost???

probably not. just might be late to hatch, or not be right when they do.

This happened to me during my last hatch and I had a decent hatch rate.. I would not give up, my eggs were late but hatched.. Good luck...

Thank y'all for the encouragement! I'll keep them going in the incubator & pray for the best.

I lost power for 7 hours and lost all but 1 chick out of 14. It's hard to say

My incubator is a fridge outside. After a 24 hour outage in a snowstorm at day 14 they still hatched at about my normal 75% hatch rate.
