We lost the spotted chick today, the one that had pasty butt. I went out after running errands to make sure there was food and water and it was standing behind the waterer with its eyes closed. Didn't really react when I gave it a nudge and didn't make it.

Ruby has the other in the yard right now. Gave them fresh water, will take out some food shortly.

I have my chicks in the brooder in the house, but with the air-conditioner out I turned off their heat lamp. We are running fans, but it is just basically blowing around hot air. I might end up loosing these 4 chicks.
