My wife made strawberry jam, raspberries coming soon, if the chipmunks don’t eat them first

Yum. I made mango and my figs are in. Thinking about maybe some cherry or blackberry. Papaya is my favorite. My strawberry always turns brown Hers looks fantastic.

Don’t use a canner, it goes in sterilized jars and is boiling when it goes in, never been an issue.
