Our first egg!

Our sassy gal, Petunia, laid her first egg today! She is the first of our seven hens to lay. She is very proud and so are we

She is a 21 week old Plymouth Barred Rock.

Congrats@carolinachickadee! It is so egg-citing to get the first egg. You get to celebrate for each first from the girls. That may attribute to chicken math. Once all first have been layed you get more chicks to continue with the celebrating. +=
