Our first Eggs Too!!!

I always thought these posts were dorky. But I went out to feed and give the girls fresh water tonight and found 3 eggs in one of the boxes. It took me over an hour to calm down. I called everyone in my family. I am so excited! And guess what, already eaten LOL We had country fried chicken tonight with home made batter. Yum!!!

LOL Well that lumpy "batter" made the best testing deep fry EVAH! Still super happy about it and keep wanting there to be more already. I can't wait to see what tomorrow will bring!

We got one more today. I was really not expecting any for another month. Not only did I think they needed to be a bit older, but it is soooo hot. But yeah! all the work is paying off!
