You may not see ANY signs on her body from bullying, but the lowest ranking bird can be very intimidated from the others and will be run off from food, water, laying and roosting. I see it in my own flock all the time. I have to watch my lowest girl to make sure she is eating and drinking properly and that she gets a spot on the roost bar every night.I don't see any signs of bullying and I don't see any mites! As for predators, we keep their coop locked at night! This hen looks the healthiest out of the lot.
