Snow is starting up in the mountains.........were I am. It is not sticking yet, but it is on its way (hurray!) but the winds are still wicked.

OMG I came on to say the wind was slowing down but we just got hit by another HUGE gust... Snow is on the way though. It is snowing lightly here but heavier snow is just to the north of us here (just North of Reno). It will have to get a lot heavier to help much though.

I'm starting to get some snow at my house and the fire is about 3 1/2 miles from me and closer to the storm than I am so this is a good thing. We need to get our humidity up as fast as possible to help this fire out.

Everything has calmed down now. The fire seems to be contained. We are getting some bits of snow but at least our humidity has risen to the 60% mark.
