fantastic!!In local news, spoiler footage from the Gold Coast recently filmed on set of the new film "Shallow Break" rumoured to be about a gang of Australian native black swans from the wrong side of the tracks that find the good in themselves by learning to surf.
Official release date yet to be advised.

Quote: Oh LOL, see I MUST be crazy, I am down to 14 chickens and three chicks, another three due to hatch in a week and a half, managed to deter the other hens that were broody. Thank goodness. Maybe next year the older ladies won't be so broody and the younger ones can take over the maternity ward
That kind of heat is bad, Hope you guys all are ok !! I have had several oh sh*t falls and the kids come over and wonder just why is my dad laughing his *** off and he's on the ground.Lol,. honey glazed sounds pretty good!
All is well here, we are amidst a heat wave, yesterdays paper reported 46c (114f) at the cricket on Saturday, yesterday itself was 42 (107f) on my thermometer in the shade and today is reportedly going to be about 40 again.
The temp grow out run needed more shade, so I was up putting a cement sheet roof over the run, reached for a cordless tool and fell through the sheet hahahaha, apart from a broken corner of the sheet and a laughing fit while half in and half out of the run all was ok.
I have been going down a few times a day and wetting down the run, refreshing the waters and slipping them some frozen peas and corn. Have not lost any yet but looking forward to break in the heat tomorrow.
We do have one Maran though that is holding her eye closed, I suspect she has been pecked so keeping an eye (no pun intended) on her.
